- We service appliances in Udangudi and surrounding areas, subject to availability.
- All services are performed by certified technicians using genuine parts where applicable.
3. Booking and Payment
- Service bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfers, and approved digital payment methods.
- Additional charges may apply for parts, emergency services, or out-of-area visits, which will be communicated prior to service.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
- We offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs, covering the same issue repaired. This does not cover new issues or misuse.
- Parts replaced carry the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 90 days, subject to their terms.
- Warranty claims require proof of service and must be reported within the warranty period.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and issue during booking.
- Ensure safe access to the appliance and a suitable working environment for our technicians.
- Inform us of any known hazards (e.g., electrical issues) before service begins.
6. Limitations of Liability
TN Customer Service is not liable for:
- Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
- Loss of data, food spoilage, or other indirect losses resulting from appliance failure.
- Delays or service cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, part unavailability).
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically for services not rendered or unsatisfactory work, subject to inspection.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of TN Customer Service or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Udangudi, Tamil Nadu.
